The $79 service-call fee — here's exactly how it works

When we dispatch for a repair, tune-up, or service call, there is a $79 service-call fee. That $79 goes toward the cost of the repair when we fix the door the same day, which happens on the vast majority of our calls because we arrive stocked with the parts that break most often in KC (springs, cables, rollers, logic boards).

What the $79 covers: the owner or a tech drives out, inspects the door, diagnoses the root cause, and gives you a flat-rate quote for the fix before any work starts. You decide yes or no. If you say no and we don't do any work, you paid for the diagnosis and the trip — that's the $79. If we fix it, the $79 is already credited against your total.
