These terms apply to your use of the Garage Door Masters KC website and the services we provide. By using this site or booking service, you agree to them.

Estimates & pricing

We provide flat-rate, up-front pricing that you approve before work begins. Our service call is $79 and is applied toward the job if the work is completed the same day; new-door consultations are free. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change if the actual condition of the door differs.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. Warranty terms are explained at the time of service and vary by job and by manufacturer (for example, opener motors are covered by the manufacturer). Misuse, accidents, or normal wear are not covered.

Scheduling

We call ahead 10–30 minutes before arrival and text if we can't reach you. Same-day availability depends on demand and is not guaranteed.

Text messages & SMS

When you give us your mobile number to book or coordinate service, you agree that we may contact you by text and call about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not sell your number, and we don't use it for marketing without your consent. You can opt out of text messages at any time — just reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting that number; reply HELP for help.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses minimal cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it (for example, which pages are viewed and how people reach us) so we can improve it. We do not use this information to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
