Why garage doors love to break on weekends

A torsion spring rated for 10,000 cycles doesn't fail gently at cycle 10,001; it fails on the busiest morning of the week. Do you really answer the phone on weekends?
Yes — a live person, not a voicemail. Weekend staffing is a deliberate part of how we run the company, because a garage door that fails Saturday morning shouldn't wait until Monday.
